We are looking for experienced professionals to support global customers on SAP Learning platforms, including Training Shop and Certification Hub.
Key Highlights:
Technical & customer support via ticketing system
Escalation management & issue resolution
Collaboration with global teams
Reporting, root cause analysis & process improvement
Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Requirements:
25 years in BPO/International Voice (Blended)
Technical graduate (BCA/B.Tech/B.E .)
Excellent communication & customer handling skills
