Were looking for a Technical Support Executive to join our team and support one of our global enterprise clients, working on large-scale learning platforms used by 900,000+ users worldwide.

Role Highlights:

Provide technical support for learning platforms, eCommerce training systems, and certification tools

Handle customer issues, escalations, and perform root cause analysis

Collaborate with global teams in a 245 support environment


What Were Looking For:

12 years of experience in technical support or customer-facing roles

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience in escalation management

Exposure to LMS or enterprise systems is a plus

Location: Gurgaon

Shift: Rotational

Work Mode: Work from Office
