Job Description
Role: Oracle Cerner EHR Tech Support
Experience:2-8 yrs
Location:Hyderabad/NCR
Notice period: 30 days
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience in enterprise IT, healthcare IT, or technical support roles (including internships)
- Basic understanding of core IT concepts: networking, servers, databases, virtualization, cloud computing, and end-user devices
- Exposure to Oracle Cerner EHR solutions such as Millennium, PowerChart, Discern Analytics, or related infrastructure components
- Hands-on experience supporting healthcare systems or clinical applications is an advantage
- Familiarity with IT service management or project delivery methodologies (Agile, ITIL, Lean, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within project teams in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
- Interest in pursuing Oracle Cerner training and certifications
