Job Description
International BPO Technical Support Executive (Voice Process) Contact :
Location: Pune
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Shifts: Rotational (247)
Cab Facility: Two-side cab provided
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers:
- Must be a graduate
- Freshers or candidates with less than 1 year of experience
- If the candidate has minimum 6 months of experience , undergraduates can also be considered
- Salary Package: 3.5 LPA
Experienced Candidates:
- 1+ year experience in Technical Support or Customer Support with technical exposure
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Hardware
- Networking
- Desktop Support
- Server Support
- Salary Package: 4.2 LPA 5.5 LPA
