Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role responsible for technical support, project coordination, analytical skills, and communication. Technical support specialist will work to ensure that support is provided on time, seamless coordination done between customers and internal teams, tracking and driving installations, issue resolution and meet quality standards. The position will be responsible for coordinating project schedules, preparing project status reports, managing project documentation, and providing administrative support to project teams.

Responsibilities

• Technical project support and project coordination experience
• Analytical skills to interpret and communicate project data
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and project team members
• Administrative assistance experience to provide support to project teams
• Ability to do smooth coordination between domestic / international customers and internal teams with objective of resolving customer queries, issue resolution and maintaining customer relationship
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software will be an added advantage
• Minimum relevant experience of 1 yrs handling coordination for projects in IT
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, BCA, MCA, project management, or related field
