Job Description
Job Title: Technical Support Representative
Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Shift Time - Rotational Shift
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support
- Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Understand and follow business processes efficiently.
- Apply analytical and logical skills to problem-solving.
- Work in rotational shifts covering 24x7 operations (weekends, evenings, holidays, and 3rd shift included).
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members.
Education & Eligibility:
- Graduate in BCA/BSC Computer Science (2024/2025 batch) with all supporting documents.
- Candidates from reputed universities will be preferred.
Skills & Attributes Required:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (5 days per week) covering 24x7 support.
- Ability to quickly grasp and understand business processes.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
