Technical Support & QC Engineer

At Sharp Minds Cloud Tech Pvt Ltd, we are building MSME Sales Booster a powerful ERP & CRM platform designed for manufacturing companies to manage Sales, Purchase, Production, Inventory, HR, and Finance in one system.

As we scale, were looking for someone who can own both customer support and product quality someone who understands problems deeply and ensures the product works flawlessly in real-world scenarios.

This is a hybrid role combining:

• Customer Support
• Product Quality Control (QC)
• Basic Technical Debugging

You will act as a bridge between customers and the product team, ensuring both smooth user experience and high product quality.

• Assist customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Understand business workflows and guide users effectively
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear resolutions
• Identify whether issues are user-related or system-related

• Test new features before release
• Validate complete workflows (Sales Purchase Production Inventory)
• Check calculations, edge cases, and real-world scenarios
• Report bugs with clear steps and expected vs actual results

• Understand API responses and logs
• Work with developers to reproduce issues
• Verify fixes before release

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi)
• High attention to detail
• Someone who takes ownership and does not ignore issues

• Exposure to ERP / CRM systems
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows
• Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, or tools like Postman

On-site Goa (Panaji / nearby)
