We are transitioning from sales-led to product-led growth, expanding into AI-driven call analysis & scoring, automations, advanced CRM capabilities, and international markets (UAE, UK, US).

Job Summary

As a Tech Support Executive at Runo, you will provide technical support to customers using the Runo CRM platform. You will troubleshoot issues, guide users, ensure high customer satisfaction, and collaborate closely with the product and development teams to report bugs and improve the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries and provide technical support for the Runo CRM platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients
• Guide customers on effective usage of the Runo CRM
• Coordinate with the development team to identify and report bugs
• Assist in testing new features and product updates
• Document issues and resolutions for future reference
• Stay updated with CRM technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience in CRM technology or technical support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic familiarity with database management systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when required
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory

• This role is open only to candidates currently based in Hyderabad, as it is a fully on-site position
• CTC range: Rs. 2.5 LPA - Rs. 2.8 LPA, depending on skills and experience
