Job Title:-Technical Support Engineer

Location-Mumbai(Malad)

Exp-3-5 years(Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support or application support roles.
• Strong knowledge of .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core).
• Proficiency in SQL Server writing queries, stored procedures, debugging data issues.
• Experience in debugging and analyzing logs, error reports, and stack traces.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and production environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple issues effectively.
