Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer, located in Visakapatnam. The primary responsibilities include maintaining an existing Video Surveillance setup at client side. This includes providing technical support to client, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring proper functioning of the surveillance system. The candidate will interact directly with customers to address concerns, deliver excellent customer service, and provide technical guidance. Monitoring system performance and collaborating with teams for continuous improvement are also key tasks for this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelors (B.Tech or B.E.)degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Atleast One year Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting(preferably in CCTV systems)
- Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
