Job Description

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Job Mode: Permanent with Mindteck

Location: Bangalore (Remote)

Experience Level: 5+ years

Salary: Open to discuss


Key Responsibilities

- Provide 24/7 deep L2 support for production environments.

- Administer and operate Kafka clusters (preferably Confluent distribution).

- Manage Kafka topics, connectors, streams, and schema using both CLI and UI.

- Perform troubleshooting, log extraction, and analysis.

- Support and maintain Big Data ecosystems (preferably Cloudera distribution).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.


Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.

- Hands-on experience with SQL, Linux, Excel, and ticketing tools.

- Solid programming background in Shell scripting and Python.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
