This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in Gurugram. The Technical Support Engineer will handle day-to-day technical troubleshooting, provide technical support for software and hardware issues, and assist customers with resolving their technical queries efficiently. The role also involves collaborating with different teams to ensure customer satisfaction and documenting solutions for recurring issues.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for resolving software and hardware issues.
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to address and resolve client inquiries effectively.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems systematically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with clients and team members.
- Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with IT systems are a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred.
