Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer Full Stack, based in HSR Bengaluru.

The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving client problems effectively. The individual will also interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction, offer guidance, and deliver solutions tailored to their specific needs while ensuring prompt communication and support. Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, with the ability to resolve technical issues effectively
• Exceptional Customer Support and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive user experience
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to identify and solve complex technical problems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in a technical support or full-stack-related role is a plus
