Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer Full Stack, based in HSR Bengaluru.
The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving client problems effectively. Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, with the ability to resolve technical issues effectively
- Exceptional Customer Support and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive user experience
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to identify and solve complex technical problems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a technical support or full-stack-related role is a plus
