Role: Service Desk

Experience Range: 3 6 Years

Location: Chennai

Interview: Walkin 21st Feb 26

Time: 9 AM to 12 PM

Venue:

Chennai- Siruseri, GS 4 2F 200 seater & GS 3 1F Open Cafeteria, 1/G1, SIPCOT IT Park Navalur, Siruseri, Tamil Nadu 603103

Must Have:

1. Technical and system expertise (Windows OS, networking, active directory, DNS)
2. Customer support using telephone and computer skills
3. Excellent analytical skills and communication
4. Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
5. Time management
6. Teamwork and collaboration
7. Identify and diagnose issues and problems
8. Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions
9. Support problem identification
10. Advise users on appropriate course of action
11. Monitor issues from start to resolution
12. Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support
13. Excellent written and verbal skills.

Good to Have:

1. Well organized with ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision with quick learning skills.

2. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues

Essential:

1 Provide first-level technical support via voice and chat, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

2 Log, track, and resolve tickets using ITSM tools while following ITIL best practices.

3 Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams and coordinate for faster resolution.

4 Maintain clear communication, ensure customer satisfaction, and adhere to security policies.

5 Work in rotational shifts, meet SLAs, and contribute to knowledge management.

Minimum Qualification:

15 years of full-time education

Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
