We are seeking IT Support / System Support professional for an on-site role in Chennai .
Location: Chennai
Experience: 46 Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner or 10 days of notice period Only
Required Skills: Active Directory, Basics of Cisco products , User/Client management, ServiceNow ticket handling, Citrix installation, configuration, and support
Key Responsibilities:
- Support acquisition and setup of computer and networking hardware
- Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user systems and network devices
- Handle Level 2 IT incidents/requests and coordinate with business leads
- Citrix application installation, configuration, and optimization
- Network device, WAN circuit, file server troubleshooting & vendor management
- Server patching, auditing, and compliance
- Service Desk support via phone/email with timely issue resolution
- Incident trend analysis and preventive action planning
- Documentation of end-user issues and resolutions
- Antivirus updates, preventive maintenance, and fix validation
