About the Role
A leading Germany-based pharmaceutical organization is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join its IT infrastructure and support team. The role involves supporting complex enterprise environments and working within regulated industry standards.

Location: Bangalore & Pune
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Strong service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good English language proficiency (verbal and written)
- Profound knowledge of modern infrastructure technologies, including Containers, Kubernetes, Cloud platforms, and Virtualization
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift , and Linux-based environments
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments
- Practical experience handling L1, L2, and L3 technical support activities
- Prior exposure to regulated industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Banking is a strong advantage
