Andor Tech is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer (38 years) to join our team and work with a leading productbased MNC . If you bring strong technical troubleshooting skills and enjoy being the first line of response for highimpact product issues, this role is for you.
Role Highlights
- Experience: 38 years
- Preferred: Background in a productbased MNC
- Skills Needed: Strong technical troubleshooting
- Ability to act as 1st line of response for incoming technical requests
- Good knowledge of Java (usage perspective, not Java Support Engineer)
- Ability to understand/apply services
- Strong technical communication skills
- Experience with SQL / Hive queries
- Important: This is NOT a Java Support Engineer role please skip if your experience is only in Java support.
- Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Employment: Full-time with Andor Tech
- Deployment: Contractor at client location
- Project Duration: 6 months (extendable)
