Professional Experience

Person should be multilingual (English, Japanese) & can write & speak fluently in Japanese language(Good to have).

Responsibilities

1. Helping customers by solving technical issues with our products and working with our development group to resolve more advanced issues.

2. Answering questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities of our products.

3. Developing customer-facing documentation for our website on an as-needed basis.

4. Communicating customer needs and wishes to our development and engineering staff through web meetings in Japanese and English.

5. Documenting troubleshooting and problem-resolution steps.

6. Participation in providing customer training and documentation through web meetings as required in Japanese and English.

7. Translating the required documents and emails from customers in Japanese and English.

8. Setting and managing client expectations, developing a detailed project plan.

9. Understanding project risks and assigning team members to specific tasks.

10. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

11. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

12. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Requirements:

1.Willingness to learn about all aspects of AlsoEnergy products to gain the knowledge to provide high-quality technical support for the customer base, especially in Japan.

2.Complete a multi-week formal training on the products to prepare & respond to inbound phone calls to act as frontline support for product and service issues.

3. Organizational, technical, and troubleshooting skills

4. Candidate should read, write, and speak Japanese well.

5. Should have knowledge of up to 1000 kanjis.

6. Proficient in MS Office and computer literate.

Qualifications:

1. BE/ B.Tech in CS/ IT/ Electrical/ Electronics.

2. Candidate must have a JLPT N3 certificate. N2 certification would be an added advantage.

2. Ability to take detailed documentation and assessment of all tasks at hand.

3. Passionate about the solar industry, and willing to learn new skills.
