Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time

Primary Skills

• 5+ years of development and support experience in Salesforce (SFDC)
• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in Lightning environments
• 3+ years of experience in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Webservices (SOAP/REST)
• 2+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Experience Cloud
• Experience with system integrations and middleware tools
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative features
• Proficient in out-of-the-box configuration and administration:
• Flows
• Validation Rules
• Custom Metadata
• Object Model
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control tools (e.g., Git)
• Salesforce CPQ experience is a strong plus, including familiarity with product bundles, pricing rules, and quote templates

Essential Skills

• SFDC, CRM, Force.com, Lightning, JavaScript, CSS, Webservices (SOAP, REST), Integration
• Client-facing with excellent communication skills
• Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)
• Salesforce Administrator (Preferred)
• CPQ Specialist (Nice to have)

Additional Skills

• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and OmniStudio
• Exposure to Revenue Cloud or Billing (preferred but not mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Support production environments and resolve issues within defined SLAs
• Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend improvements
• Contribute to CPQ-related enhancements and support (if applicable)
