Position Name: Oracle DBA & MSSQL DBA (is must) + AWS RDS Administration

 

Oracle DBA: L2

 

1. Experience in handling Oracle Database of its various versions and a good knowledge of their architecture.
2. Configuration & Management of Database Replication, Standby DR, High Availability (RAC)
3. Monitor System Performance & Review contention for CPU, memory, network, and disk resources using performance monitor/OS tools.
4. Database Clone/Refresh using Data pump, RMAN Backups utilities.
5. Oracle Database upgrade from Lower version to higher from 12c to 18c.
6. Automatic Workload Repository (AWR) and Automatic Database Diagnostic, Monitor (ADDM) to identify performance bottlenecks at the database level.
7. Database migration & Upgradation
8. Installation & configuration of various database releases
9. Planning, Implementing, and Migration of mission-critical databases
   
   

SQL Server: L2

1. Good knowledge of MSSQL Server database architecture
2. Provide support & troubleshoot for Performance, Backup, Network related issues.
3. Able to manage database jobs.
4. Perform upgrade or migration of database.

 

RDS Databases: L2

1. Should be able to manage RDS database Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Timestream DB.
   1. Perform patching of RDS database
   2. Perform upgrade of RDS database
   3. Manage instance type RDS database
   4. Should be able to perform the database refresh, database migration
2. Basic knowledge of AWS Cloud Administration

 

Other Optional JD

 

Sybase DB: L1

1. Should be able to perform Sybase DB administration, including Database Refresh, Database Restore, Database Stop and Start.
