Job Title: Bureau Monitoring Business Analyst – P&C Insurance
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst to join our BA team focusing on bureau monitoring and regulatory compliance for a P&C insurance customer based in the USA. This role is critical in ensuring our insurance products and operations align with bureau standards (e.g., ISO, NCCI, AAIS) and state regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in P&C insurance bureau monitoring, and regulatory compliance for Commercial Lines.
- Strong understanding of ISO, NCCI, AAIS, and state-specific regulatory circulars.
- Experience with policy administration systems preferably Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
- Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar insurance platforms.
- Familiarity with DevOps, production support
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Insurance (CPCU, AINS) is a plus.
