Must-Have

Proven experience implementing and scaling Backstage in an enterprise setting (plugins, scaffolder, catalog, custom integrations)
Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React (Backstage core stack).
Solid understanding of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD concepts, and tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
Familiarity with developer workflows, platform engineering concepts, and Internal Developer Platforms.
Knowledge of integrating third-party tools like,
Observability: Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, Dynatrace
Code Quality & Security: SonarQube
Service catalogs, APIs, repositories
