EXPERIENCE: 3-7 Years

EDUCATION: Civil - Diploma/ Graduate

Industry Preference: ( RMC/Aggregate /Building Material /Construction)

Job Summary:

To ensure optimal quality standards, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction through efficient use of raw materials and mix designs at all plants in the Unit

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet architects and consultants to understand customer requirements and manage escalated
• customer complaints in quality

• Assist AGM-Technical in maintaining quality systems to continually monitor the product
• performance providing early warning of potential failures
• Ensure compliance with all QA/QC protocols as per BOS.
• Monitor testing of all concrete making ingredients for the RMX Plants and conduct random quality
• checks and lab trials in the Unit
• Ensure that all raw materials used comply with relevant Indian Standards as well as Company
• norms for quality and quantity. Also endorse vendor qualification for all input
