Job Description : \\"Job Description VDI L2\\r\\n Good understanding on VDI technologies Azure Virtual Desktop & Win365\\r\\n Operations and Deployment knowledge on AVD. Troubleshooting AVD related issues and BAU support. Knowledge related to AD, networking and Azure Services. \\r\\n Deploy and test the packaged applications. Creating azure VM\\'s and customization of Images.\\r\\n Knowledge on Group Policy, Active directory and Registry Settings.\\r\\n User profile management in AVD, Azure fundamentals, Azure networking.\\r\\n Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or similar technologies.\\r\\n AZ140, ITIL, AZ900 Certification will be an added advantage.\\r\\n Maintaining VMWare vROps, Reporting, troubleshooting and capacity planning.\\r\\n Hands on experience in VMware VDI administration with both View VDI, RDSH, App volume and workspace ONE access / connectors with multiple sites.\\r\\n Install, configure and maintain a scalable and high availability virtual environment utilizing VMware Horizon view 7.x on vSphere. \\r\\n Updating and Maintaining Golden Images / Templates and installing / upgrading client applications. \\r\\n Develop plans for deploying and administering virtual machines, images and vApp.\\r\\n Troubleshoot esxi host, vcenter, VMware vSphere, vsan, performance issues and Coordinate with h/w vendors to resolve issues. \\r\\n Perform day to day administration task including maintenance, hotfixes, patches, upgrades and security configurations.\\r\\n Installation/ Configuration VMware view (8.X version) and its components. \\r\\n Creating and managing linked and instant clone s desktop pools. \\r\\n Installing and publishing Applications via App volume manager and RDSH servers. \\r\\n Knowledge and work experience on Workspace ONE and good exposure with vROps.\\r\\n Day to day handling of VDI user issues/VDI related Issues by providing incident ticket support\\r\\n VMWare view POD and server reports/ maintenance. \\r\\n Troubleshooting VDI availability issues. VDI knowledge and hands on.\\r\\n Appvolume profile management/ VDI policies configuration and management.\\r\\n Participate in after hours on-call support in rotation. \\r\\n Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members. \\r\\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously\\r\\n\\"\\r\\n

• To create test transactions, run test to find errors and confirm programs meet specifications.
