Job description:

Familiar with User ID administration and commands for operating systems (Windows, Linux) and Applications. Working knowledge of user access and security control methodologies and concepts. Working knowledge of IAM system Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet established deadlines. Knowledge on information security, process and operations would be an advantage. Technical knowledge in Relational DB, Windows Active Directory, Linux and Unix (AIX) would be an advantage. Knowledge of LDAP, Opensso, IDM solutions. Should have good experience in Identity and Access Management. Performing day to day operations of the access management activities and to ensure that the activities are compliant with the relevant policies, standards and procedures. Good working knowledge on OS ID management on all platforms (windows, Linux) Knowledge about Group policies Hands-on experience on working on different applications and should be good in doing multi-tasking. Ability to support the testing team during the SIT, UAT, Pre-production and production environments. Ensuring timely provision of services to users. Should be ITIL certified. Good learning ability to understand the existing application and propose new ideas

• To clearly understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective product.
• To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools
• To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection
• To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team.
• To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes.
• To implement changes, monitor security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary.
• To prepare analyses and reports to highlight the project progressorchallenges and ensure quality and accuracy to the client
