Description:
HCL AWS Cloud Capability Delivery Unit is looking for experienced customer-focused Containerization Engineer with technical depth and design skills. In this role, he/she will be responsible for Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Docker containers in Customer environment. This includes Implementing automated processes for deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications. The Engineer will also work closely with architect and the development team to design and plan the containerization strategy.

o Experience - A minimum of 6 8 years of experience in Containerization Engineer DevOps Engineer, or similar role designing and implementing containerization solutions in production environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Docker containers.
Implement automated processes for deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Docker into development and deployment pipeline.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Docker containers and orchestration.
Continuously improve our containerization strategies for better efficiency and security.
Document containerization processes and maintain version control.
Establish CI/CD pipelines for automating the build, test, and deployment processes of containerized.
applications.
Ensure the security and compliance of containerized environments through container image scanning, network segmentation, and access controls .
Implementation of containerization platforms and tools, including container orchestration systems like
Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, or similar technologies.
Define best practices, standards, and guidelines for container image management, Dockerfile creation,
and Kubernetes deployment manifests.
Optimize containerized infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to track the health and performance of
containerized applications and infrastructure.

• To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
• To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
