5+ years exp In Handling & Managing the VMware vSphere Infra.
Strong Knowledge on ESXi and VCenters.
Hands On Experience on ESXi and VCenters Patching
Strong Experience on Troubleshooting ESXi and VMware Platform.
Good Understanding and Troubleshooting Experience on Multiple Hardware like Cisco UCS , Dell Servers , HP ProLiant Servers.
Understanding of Converged and Hyper-Converged Platform.
Hands-on Exp on VMware View (Horizon) Infrastructure
Hands-on Exp on vROPS Infrastructure.
Certification is an added Advantage.
Exp On Zerto Is an Added Advantage
EXp on Cisco Intersight\\Hyperflex
- To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
- To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
