Technical Specialist

Job description:

Server configuration and maintenance
MWO ensures that all bot servers are operational, license are assigned, and the environment configured correctly
Maintains orchestrator connectivity by setting up machine keys and URLs
Bot Deployment
Handles the deployment of .nupkg files (UiPath Packages) developed by RPA developers
Uploads and updates these packages in the orchestrator for execution
Job Management
Schedules and monitors jobs for various processes
Logs errors or failures and coordinates with development team for fixes
Error Handling
Resolve server-related issues like service interruptions, log backups, or connection failures
Escalates application specific issues to the development team
Access and Role Management
Adds users and manages their roles in UiPath Orchestrator
Assigns permissions at tenant and folder levels
Licensing
Manages licenses for bots, ensuring proper allocation between production and non-production environment.

• To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
• To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
