Technical Specialist

Job description:

Provide Administration Services including Operation, Monitoring, Lifecycle, Governance and L2 Support Power platform including but not limited to: \\r\\no Power Apps \\r\\no Power Automate \\r\\no Power Virtual Agents \\r\\no Power BI \\r\\no Forms and Forms Pro (included under M365 Apps) \\r\\no Common Data Service \\r\\no Teams App \\r\\n Provide adequate governance using the Power Platform COE Toolkit and any additional Governance tools Kenvue may procure and engage review processes as needed. Cleanup, retirement of unused apps, connectors, workflows. \\r\\n Provide Reports and Metrics on Platform. \\r\\n Knowledge of Microsoft s Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) to support and govern adoption of the platform is a plus. \\r\\n Strong customer service skills.\\r\\n Strong written and verbal communication skills.\\r\\n Must be detail oriented and self-motivating.\\r\\n Ability to provide consistent, excellent customer support to the client and HCL, representing a variety of personalities and management

• To maintain SOP's and runbooks of the respective technical track.
• To attend and handle complex L2 calls
• To handle L3 complex calls under L3 Engineer
• To provide telephonic and remote trouble shooting support
