Job Role:- Technical Specialist
Citrix Onprem + Citrix Cloud L2
Resource should have minimum 6+ year of relevant L2 level experience on Workplace Virtualization technology, Primarily on Citrix on-premise and Citrix Cloud with Azure background, W365 Cloud PC, Microsoft AVD
Primary Skills:- Citrix OnPremise
Secondary Skills:- Citrix cloud with Azure backend
Windows 365 Cloud PC, Microsoft AVD and Netscalar skills would be nice to have
Responsibility
Collaborates with the CUSTOMER Virtual solutions architect to own and design Virtual solutions architecture for Citrix and W365 Cloud PC
Define configuration & policies for user profile management and application delivery
Conduct previews of new releases for Evergreening of CVAD & W365 in coordination with OEM
Consult for changes in architecture based on business requirement
Documentation of CVAD and W365 cloud PC following CUSTOMER requirements
Design Test schemas for all requirements
Consult and define transformation and automation opportunities
Domain level experts to monitor, manage and maintain Citrix and W365 cloud PC platforms.
Focus on continuous service improvement by identifying automation opportunities.
Work on ITSM related tickets for the Virtual solutions resolver group covering L2 and L3 support.
Implement configurations for policies and settings
Lifecycle management of images and multi-session hosts
Coordinate with infrastructure for all CVAD related scaling requirements
Patching and upgrades of CVAD
Responsible for design updates, conduct UAT and Production support, troubleshooting of features related to:
o Deploying ADCs
o ADC build Automation
o Configuration and Design Updates
o Azure SAML authentication integration
Coordination with CUSTOMER network team for appliance related updates and upgrades
Documentation of ADC configuration following CUSTOMER requirements
Design Test schemas for all requirements
Virtual environment monitoring and management
User Profile Management
Patch Management
Policy Management
Virtual Application Packaging
Application delivery and Publishing
Virtual Pool Management
Evergreen Citrix upgrades using VDA upgrade service
Evergreen service for W365 CLOUD PC
Incident & Service Request Management

Missing: Continuous Service Improvement as ITIL process
Device Management Platform
ITSM Tool
DEX Tool
On Prem Citrix and Citrix Cloud with Azure backend

Citrix PowerShell
Citrix Cloud ITSM Connect
Support/Maintain Citrix Layer in Citrix Virtual App Servers and Desktops Service.
Citrix Application Software/Binaries, Citrix Vendor Support and Licensing
Application Owners for Citrix Application
Provide RDS CALs and Windows Licenses for Citrix Virtual apps and Desktops.
Citrix and Microsoft Vendor Support
Provide All Citrix Licenses.
Management and support of Citrix NetScaler Gateway (CAG)
Image Management and Patching of golden Images
Create/Manage Citrix policies
Managing User Profile Servers and any issues related to it
Citrix Monitoring with Citrix Director.
Remote Troubleshooting related to Citrix issues.
Supplier Escalation (Gettig involved in Citrix related issues with Citrix Vendor)
Publishing applications in Citrix
Virtual Apps and Desktops Site Management
Citrix Storefront Management on Storefront Servers.
Citrix Studio/ Director Management.
Schedule Reboot of XenApp Servers or VDIs.
Citrix license monitoring.
Troubleshoot the issues related to NetScaler Access Gateway (CAG).
Citrix Servers Health check up
Check for all Citrix services.
Check for windows event logs &
