Technical Specialist-Enterprise Apps

Area(s) of responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to support data management and integration needs.
• Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Develop and maintain data models, data flows, and data integration processes within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce through effective use of Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.

Essential job tasks

• 4 + years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 3-4 years focused on Data Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
• Experience with data integration tools and middleware, such as MuleSoft.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Data Architect.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
