Technical Specialist-Enterprise Apps

Area(s) of responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions to support business processes and enhance revenue operations.
• Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Integrate Salesforce Revenue Cloud with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
• Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce through effective use of Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations.

Essential job tasks

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2-3 years focused on Revenue Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing.
• Strong understanding of revenue operations and financial processes.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce CPQ Specialist.
• Hands-on experience with integration tools and middleware, such as MuleSoft.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
