About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Technical Specialist (Sales & Technical Support) with strong expertise in Textile Technology / Processing Fiber Technology from Cotton Textile Industry to support product promotion, customer trials, and technical services in the fiber finishing segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote existing product range through technical knowledge sharing and customer trials
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fiber finishing and processing sector from Cotton Textile Industry.
- Provide value-added technical service to customers and support sales growth/GP targets
- Offer onsite customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, and product management teams for customer-centric solutions
- Deliver technical presentations, documentation, and product demonstrations
- Maintain strong product knowledge and understanding of fiber finishing technologies
Profile Requirements
- B.Tech in Textile Technology or Fiber Technology
- 3+ years of experience in fiber finishing, spinning, or technical services
- Experience in MNCs (Chemical / Textile Chemical / Fiber Manufacturing) preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills
- High learning attitude and professional work approach
