Responsibilities
- Source and engage IT candidates across the US.
- Build pipelines using LinkedIn RPS and other tools.
- Collaborate with recruiters/hiring managers on role requirements.
- Screen resumes and assess candidate fit.
- Maintain recruitment records and databases.
Qualifications
- 23 years of US IT recruitment/sourcing experience.
Required Skills
- Strong LinkedIn RPS expertise.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Meet).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with OPT hiring and visa-related recruitment.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and Boolean search techniques.
