Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Sourcer with 2+ years of experience in recruitment to support our recruitment team by identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for various technical roles in the United States. The ideal candidate should have strong experience using job boards and sourcing platforms such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Ceipal, along with strong Boolean search skills to identify and engage relevant candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify qualified IT candidates for US-based technical roles.

Use sourcing platforms such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Ceipal to identify potential candidates.

Perform Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniques to find relevant profiles.

Screen resumes and identify candidates that closely match job requirements.

Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for open roles.

Work closely with recruiters to understand technical requirements and client expectations.

Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.

Conduct initial candidate outreach and qualification.

Required Skills

2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment

Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Ceipal

Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills

Good understanding of US IT technical roles and technologies

Familiarity with US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD)

Experience working with ATS systems

Preferred Skills

Strong candidate screening and sourcing ability

Ability to identify high-quality candidates matching job requirements

Good communication and coordination with recruitment teams
