The Opportunity

We're looking for an exceptional Technical Solutions Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology and client success. You'll be the technical hero ensuring our premium publisher partners achieve seamless integrations and maximize their revenue potential through our innovative blockchain-powered platform.

Reporting directly to our Senior Director of Publisher Sales, you'll be instrumental in scaling our publisher supply side as we accelerate into 2026 and beyond.

What You'll Do

Drive Technical Excellence

• Own end-to-end technical integrations for premium publishers
• Master OpenRTB protocols, VAST endpoints, header bidding solutions, and Real-Time Bidding infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges including ads.txt/sellers.json validation, TCF v2.2 consent management, and demand routing optimization
• Convert VAST-to-OpenRTB for CTV partnerships and ensure flawless technical compliance

Be the Publisher Champion

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor for premium publishers across EU, DACH, LATAM, and global crypto media markets
• Collaborate seamlessly with our technical team and ad ops colleagues to deliver world-class solutions
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions that drive revenue growth
• Proactively identify and resolve integration bottlenecks before they impact publisher performance

Scale & Innovate

• Support strategic partnerships with major players like SpringServe, GAM, AdButler, and DV360
• Contribute to product development by feeding publisher insights back to our engineering teams
• Help scale our operations as we expand our premium publisher network globally
• Stay ahead of industry trends in programmatic advertising, CTV, and blockchain technology

What Makes You Perfect for This Role

Technical Prowess

• 3-5 years experience in ad tech, with deep knowledge of programmatic advertising infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with SSP integrations, OpenRTB, VAST, header bidding, and RTB protocols
• Understanding of ad servers (GAM, AdButler, SpringServe) and DSP/SSP ecosystems
• Comfortable reading technical specifications and working with APIs

Client Success DNA

• Proven track record managing technical relationships with premium publishers or advertisers
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues
• Outstanding communication skills you can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple high-priority integrations simultaneously

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with blockchain technology or cryptocurrency industry
• Experience with CTV/OTT advertising platforms
• Knowledge of GDPR, TCF v2.2, and privacy compliance frameworks
• Background in startup or high-growth tech environments
