Frostrek is looking for a solution-oriented technical leader who can understand client requirements, design automation-driven solutions, and lead execution across multiple projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining client interaction, automation architecture, DevOps discipline, and delivery ownership.

• Understand client requirements and identify automation-led digital transformation opportunities
• Design end-to-end solutions using automation platforms (e.g., n8n), APIs, integrations, and workflows
• Prepare solution plans, SOWs, timelines, and execution models
• Own DevOps & deployment standards (Docker-based environments, dev staging demo flow)
• Plan and manage delivery across multiple products and client projects
• Guide teams on automation best practices, workflow design, and execution discipline

• 3+ years of experience in solutioning, automation, DevOps, or delivery roles
• Strong experience with automation platforms and workflow design
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and event-driven systems
• Practical knowledge of Docker and deployment concepts
• Experience in client-facing solution design and execution planning
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work with clarity and ownership
• Strong communication and decision-making skills

You will play a key role in:
