Technical Solution Engineer (Mechanical Industrial Sales)

We are growing manufacturers of industrial gearboxes and winches. Our head Office is based in Dadar, Mumbai. We are looking for a Technical Solution Engineer in our Sales Department at our Head Office in Dadar.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

- Understand the exact customer requirements

- Ask relevant questions to the customer if needed to get the required data

- Do the necessary technical working to select & suggest appropriate solution for the customer. Take help from design department if needed

- Prepare techno-commercial offers and quotations

- Follow up on enquiries to convert them into orders

- Coordinate with customers for technical or commercial clarifications

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-2 years of experience in mechanical engineering background

- Candidates having experience in Gearbox industry will be preferred

- Understanding of basic concepts of mechanical engineering

- Diploma or Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering

- Good communication and customer interaction skills
