Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Service Desk professional at DLF IT Park, Near Porur , Chennai. The role involves providing prompt technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing help desk operations, and assisting clients with IT-related challenges. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams and clients to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Experience:
Degree: Any Degree
Relevant Technical Service Desk Experience: 1 - 7 Years of Experience
Willingness to work 5 Days a week and provide 24/7 rotational shifts.
Work Location : DLF IT Park, Near Porur, Chennai
Added Value: ITIL Certified, USA Customer Handling with Inbound and Outbound Calls & Basics of System Administration & Basics of Networking
Qualifications
- Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting.
- Good Verbal and Written English Communication Skill
- Proficient in Handling In-bound and outbound Customer Calls for Technical Support.
- Proficient in ITIL Process (Incident Management, Service Request, Change Management, Problem Management)
- Relevant certifications in technical support or IT operations are a plus.
