Technical Sales Support Engineer

Blue Cold Refrigeration Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer in the commercial and industrial refrigeration sector, specialising in products likeCondensing Units, Freon & Ammonia Heat Exchangers, and Blast Freezers for cold room and cold storage applications. We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficientTechnical Sales Support Engineer to join our team.

This role is a crucial link between our sales efforts and our engineering capabilities, ensuring our customers receive the optimal refrigeration solutions and exceptional technical guidance.

Position Summary

The Technical Sales Support Engineer will provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to the sales team, channel partners, and customers. This role involves understanding complex customer refrigeration requirements, recommending the right Blue Cold products, preparing technical proposals, and resolving product-related technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Consultation: Act as theSubject Matter Expert (SME) on all Blue Cold products and their applications.
• Work closely with the sales team tointerpret customer cooling requirements and specifications.
• Performtechnical sizing and selection of appropriate refrigeration equipment to meet project needs.
• Develop and reviewdetailed technical proposals and data sheets ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Gather and relay customer/market feedback on product performance and functionality to the R&D and Engineering departments for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree inMechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is required.
• Experience in a Technical Sales Support or Application Engineering within the industrial engineering products will be an add-on.
• Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to technical detail.
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills for explaining complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point.
