Job Title: Technical Sales

Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Pune/ Ahmedabad

Experience: 7~ 15 Years



Job Summary

We are looking for aTest Equipment Sales Engineer to drivesales, business development, and customer engagement for electronic and electricaltest & measurement solutions . The role involvestechnical selling , solution positioning, customer demonstrations, and coordination with OEM principals and internal teams to meet revenue and growth targets.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and selltest & measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power analyzers, signal generators, DAQ systems, and automated test solutions, EMI/ EMC, power supply, electronics load, battery simulator, EV Test Equipment, BMS Test Solution, Hipot Tester, LCR etc.
  • Identify and developnew business opportunities across R&D, manufacturing, QA, and service organizations.
  • Manage completesales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
  • Achieve assignedsales targets, revenue goals, and growth objectives .


Customer Engagement & Technical Support

  • Understand customer application requirements and proposetechnically suitable solutions .
  • Conductproduct demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.
  • Act as thetechnical interface between customers, OEM principals, and internal teams.
  • Support customers withpre-sales and post-sales technical assistance .


Account Management

  • Develop and managekey accounts including OEMs, EMS, R&D labs, educational institutes, and government organizations.
  • Build long-term relationships withdecision-makers, influencers, and end users .
  • Maintain accurate customer data, forecasts, and pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Work closely withOEM partners
  • Participate injoint customer visits, seminars, and technical workshops .
  • Coordinate with service, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order execution.


Sales & Commercial Skills

  • Experience inB2B technical sales
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Ability to translatetechnical features into customer value
  • Comfortable withtarget-driven environments


Marketing & Promotions

  • Monitormarket trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies .
  • Represent the company attrade shows, exhibitions, and technical events .
  • Support marketing activities includingemail campaigns, webinars, and product launches .
