Compensation
- Base Salary: Rs. 60,000/month to Rs. 1 lac /month
- Performance Bonus: Rs. 12,500 per signed pilot
- Equity possible.
About the Role
We are building a humanoid robotic assistant designed to work alongside technicians in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical rooms, and data-center cooling environments.
We already have one pilot customer with a purchase order in mnaufacturing industry and are looking for a hands-on individual to secure 23 additional pilot commitments before full product development begins.
This is a doer role. You will personally drive outreach, discovery, demos, pilot scoping, and PO / LOI discussions. There is no team to manage.
What Youll Be Working On
Early-stage paid pilot programs for a humanoid robot that assists with:
- HVAC and mechanical inspections
- Thermal and visual equipment scans
- Filter handling and replacement
- Tool and parts transport
- Documentation and compliance logging
- Operations in data centers, facilities, and industrial buildings
This is not a finished-product sale. It is a scoped pilot with clear ROI and defined use cases.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential pilot customers in:
- Data centers
- Commercial HVAC / mechanical service companies
- Facility management organizations
- Run discovery calls focused on HVAC and mechanical pain points
- Clearly explain humanoid robot capabilities and limitations
- Create and deliver simple demos (slides, videos, workflow walkthroughs)
- Help scope realistic, ROI-driven pilot programs
- Secure pilot commitments (POs, paid pilots, or signed LOIs)
- Coordinate with the founder for final scope and pricing only
What Youll Need to Learn
- HVAC and mechanical service workflows
- How humanoid robots assist technicians (not replace them)
- Core concepts around inspections, material handling, and safety
Robotics engineering experience is not required, but comfort learning and explaining technical systems is essential.
Ideal Background
- techncal sales, Business development, partnerships, or consulting experience
- Exposure to HVAC, facilities, industrial systems, or automation (strong plus)
- Experience selling pilots, proofs-of-concept, or early-stage products
- Self-directed, execution-oriented, comfortable working without structure
Success goals:
- 23 signed pilot commitments in a few months
This role is expected to convert to a permanent position if:
- Pilot commitments are secured
- Product development begins
- You continue to own early customer relationships and pilot execution

- Not a people-management role
- Not a long enterprise sales cycle role
- Not a marketing or lead-gen role
- Not an intern position
This role is about closing pilots, shaping real use cases, and moving fast.
