Experience: 3-6 yrs in the Manufacturing Industry

No of Positions: 3

Qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing with any Technical Degree

CTC: 6 - 9 LPA

Location: Bangalore


Job Description:

  • Set up meetings to understand clients needs and present tailored solutions to address them.
  • Establish strong relationships to foster trust, drive repeat sales, upsell, and ensure customer retention.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and pitches that highlight the unique value proposition.
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, update status, and report progress consistently.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor tactics to inform sales strategy.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams based on customer input and market insights.
  • Oversee the complete sales cyclefrom lead nurturing through to post-sales supportto ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for demos, contracts, and after-sales service to fulfil customer requirements efficiently.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Any technical degree with proficiency in English; multilingual skills preferred.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in selling industrial products is preferred.
