About The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and technically knowledgeable Sales Executive who can educate farmers and agri-dealers on the applications and benefits of Spirulina in aquaculture, agriculture, and livestock feed. The ideal candidate will drive sales, build strong dealer networks, and provide on-ground technical support to farmers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit farmers, aquaculture ponds, and dealers across assigned territories (Bhimavaram, Eluru, Kaikaluru, Kakinada).
- Explain the benefits, dosage, and usage methods of Spirulina for:
- Fish & shrimp farming
- Crop enhancement
- Poultry & cattle feed
- Conduct product demos, pond/farm visits, and application training.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through direct farmer orders and dealer onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, retailers, and feed shops.
- Provide technical problem-solving and post-sales support.
- Collect feedback from the field and report market insights, competitor activity, and farmer requirements.
- Organize farmer meetings, demos, and BTL activities to increase brand visibility.
- Follow up on payments, order deliveries, and dealer coordination.
Required Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Aquaculture, Fisheries, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- 13 years of experience in agri-input, aqua-feed, bio-products, or fertilizer sales preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Telugu & basic English .
- Must be willing to travel extensively (field sales).
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple way to farmers.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
