Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Technical Sales Executive. The Technical Sales Executive will focus on building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions using Naayoms cutting-edge products. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the technical team to address client requirements. The role will also involve attending industry events, maintaining customer records, and providing excellent post-sales support.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets and effectively close deals
• Strong technical understanding of product functionality and the ability to translate these features into customer benefits
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for building relationships and delivering engaging product demonstrations
• Minimum 2 yrs Experience in customer relationship management, including addressing client inquiries, providing support, and maintaining long-term partnerships
• Background knowledge in agriculture, is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and innovative environment
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Agriculture, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram and travel as needed for client visits and industry events

Salary

• Annual CTC 5-6 LPA Fixed plus variable as per performance.
