Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Sales Executive with strong knowledge of construction and design , capable of handling high-value, premium clients across Chennai.

This is not a typical sales role . The emphasis is on technical understanding, feasibility analysis, and solution-based consultation , with sales outcomes driven by professional technical engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical consultant for prospective clients
• Understand client requirements related to:
• Floor plans, elevations, specifications & finishes
• Structural systems & construction stages
• Materials, BOQs, and cost implications
• Explain drawings, construction methodology, and execution approach clearly to clients
• Conduct site visits and technical feasibility discussions
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP, and estimation teams
• Support preparation of technical proposals, scope documents, and estimates
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into projects
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
• Achieve assigned conversion and revenue targets
• Build long-term relationships with premium clientele in Chennai

Eligibility & Requirements

• Experience: 15 years in:

Construction execution

Civil / architectural coordination

Technical sales of building materials

Interior or turnkey project environments

• Technical Knowledge (Mandatory):

Construction stages & methods

RCC and basic structural concepts

Building materials & finishes

Reading architectural & structural drawings

Basic understanding of BOQs & estimates

• Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Chennai construction market

• Assets (Mandatory):

Own Laptop

Own Bike or Car

• Communication: Fluent in Tamil & English (Hindi is an added advantage)
• Client Handling: Experience working with premium / high-value clients
• Target Orientation: Proven ability to work with and achieve targets
• Reporting Discipline: Comfortable with daily / weekly / monthly reporting
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are welcome

Fixed Salary
