Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales opportunities across core industries (Steel, Cement, Mining, Ports, Power, Oil & Gas).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and repeat business.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the sales cycle presentations, demos, and application advice.
- Collaborate with clients and RKBs internal teams to deliver solution-oriented sales.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
- Conduct regular market research to identify customer needs and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
- Contribute to RKBs reputation as not just a supplier, but a consulting partner for industries
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering.
- 37 years in B2B technical sales, ideally in industrial products or capital equipment.
- Technical understanding of mechanical/industrial equipment
- Strong communication & negotiation abilities
- Solution-oriented approach (beyond product selling)
- Stability-focused mindset, aiming to grow with the company for 5+ years.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
