Job Description
This role is ideal for a mechanically qualified professional who understands workshop manufacturing processes and costing, and can bridge the gap between engineering and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive technical sales for custom / engineered manufacturing solutions
- Understand customer drawings, requirements, and applications
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and cost estimates
- Coordinate with internal production / workshop teams for feasibility and delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs and industrial clients
- Support negotiations, order finalization, and after-sales coordination
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 58 years of experience in technical sales / application engineering in manufacturing or industrial products
- Strong understanding of workshop manufacturing processes and costing fundamentals
- Ability to read engineering drawings and discuss technical solutions with customers
- Commercial awareness and basic sales / negotiation skills
- Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate (local candidates preferred)
