This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Technical Sales Engineer will engage in identifying and meeting customer needs, providing technical support, and presenting tailored solutions to clients. Responsibilities include maintaining and developing customer relationships, collaborating with technical teams to understand product capabilities, conducting technical demonstrations, and contributing to sales strategies for achieving business goals.
- Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to effectively address customer requirements and propose innovative solutions
- Experience in providing Technical Support and assisting customers with equipment or system-related queries
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships and facilitate smooth interactions
- Background in Sales, including ability to identify opportunities and contribute to business growth
- Problem-solving skills and a keen understanding of technical concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field is recommended
- Experience in the battery manufacturing or relevant technology sector is an advantage
