Role Summary

The Technical Sales Engineer (Fresher / Entry Level) role blends technical understanding, sales, and relationship management for BLE and wireless module products. This is a field-oriented role involving customer visits, demos, follow-ups, and on-the-job learning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Understand BLE module features, applications, and use cases
  • Identify and engage new customers (OEMs, startups, system integrators)
  • Communicate product value to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support product demos, samples, and basic technical discussions
  • Coordinate with R&D and production teams to address customer queries
  • Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and customer relationships
  • Travel to customer locations for meetings and product discussions
  • Learn pricing, basic costing, and sales negotiation over time


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • BE / BTech / Diploma in Electronics, ECE, EEE, Embedded Systems, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of:
  • BLE / wireless communication concepts
  • Microcontrollers, modules, or IoT systems
  • Strong communication skills (English and local language preferred)
  • Confidence in customer interactions and proactive questioning
  • Willingness to travel frequently
